Manoir (Yantai) Industrial Co. Ltd. (short as M.Y.), a modern foundry and the joint venture with Manoir Industries (France)established in China, specializes in the production of centrifugally cast tubes made from heat resistant alloys.These products are widely used in petrochemical, steel, metallurgical and glass industries.
From its first start-up, M.Y. completely adopted the know-how and procedures of Manoir Industries (France), and was equipped with the latest and most advanced tube automatic production line and inspection facilities.
Nowadays, M.Y. is among the worldwide leaders, and capable to produce all kinds of heat resistant alloy cast products according to the codes and specifications of any country, or company.

M.Y. knows well that its products are of crucial importance in the customers' furnace system, any slightest failure may result in complete shutdown for the whole plant.
Therefore, M.Y. established its complete quality assurance and quality engineering system integrated with production. Aside from the on-line inspection, process control methods like pilot tube, "travelling cards" are routines at M.Y.
In 1998, M.Y. implemented and was certified with its quality assurance system in conformity with ISO9002:94, and established its quality policy as "Customer satisfaction and International Level". This expressed the willingness and commitments to deliver in due time, at a competitive price and goods which fully meet customers' desired needs. Adoption of an ISO standard, is also to express the ambition of M.Y. to be present in the international markets.

tubes, and its market nearly covers all the ethylene, hydrogen, ammonia, methanol in China. M.Y. is the qualified supplier of China Petroleum and SINOPEC, and its products are listed as the recommended ones by SINOPEC.Meanwhile, M.Y. has been qualified by many international engineering companies, including ABB Lummus, Snam Progetti, KTI, Krupp Uhde, Samsung Engineering and etc, and taken many jobs with their designs appeared for the first time in China.
