Besides of standard
alloys stipulated in the ASTM A297, A608 and other similar codes, M.Y.
adopted the know-how of the patented alloy series of Manoir Industries,
and could supply to customers the latest alloy solutions, in view to
keep stride with ever increasing market demands.
Through years of
developing, M.Y. has successfully marketed in China petrochemical industries
the micro-alloy families like MAN XM, XTM, 900 etc. These MA alloys
represent superior creep and carburization properties, and create more
reliable, flexible, efficient operating environment. Consequently, these
alloys have been widely accepted by the end-users, and most orders were
made essentially composing of them.
Such success relies
on distinctive features of M.Y. alloys:
- Standardization:
their compositions are fully in accordance with the main international
standards including ASTM, EN, ISO/DIS and similar codes of different
countries.
- Balance of elements:
some elements are carefully balanced for definite purposes.
- Microalloying:
most alloys consist microalloying element content, resulting in remarkable
improvements of creep, carburization, thermo-shock properties.
- Very low content
in impurities and trace elements.
- Internal confidential
requirements: a more accurate composition requirement is defined upon
the casting process and use of the end products, to reach its conformity
with operation and homogeneity.
M.Y. is responsive
of the specific needs of alloy chemistry for individual customer based
on its experiences coupled with customer feedback on alloy performance.
M.Y. has tailored many alloys for different chemical users (CS2, acetic
acid etc.)
