Diversified Products

With our broad experiences and complete facilities consisting of melting, casting, machining and welding, M.Y. can supply to customers the diversified products including tube section, bending tube, manifold, static casting, assembly, sub-assembly and complete coils.

Besides of standard alloys stipulated in the ASTM A297, A608 and other similar codes, M.Y. adopted the patented high grade alloy series of Manoir Industries, and could give more reliable and flexible alloy solutions based on the specific requirements of customers' operating environments.

Applications

The tubes, castings and coils supplied by M.Y. are mainly in the following applications:

• Petrochemical: reforming furnaces (hydrogen, ammonia, methanol, DRI), cracking furnaces (ethylene, styrene, naphtha), pyrolysis and fired heaters etc.
  
• Steel and Heat-treatment: radiant tubes, furnace rolls and castings of re-heating furnaces, CAL, CGL for steel mills and heat-treatment industries.
  
• Glass: Roll barrels for float glass lines.

Capabilities

The method of tube fabrication used is horizontal spinning. The first part of unit cast tubes with an inside diameter ranging from 25 to 750mm, and then further down to the line of welding shop makes assemblies of any shape and dimensions. Single tube sections up to 7 meters long can be cast.

M.Y.'s horizontal spinning offers the four following main advantages:

• High quality and soundness which enables the manufactured tubes to meet the strictest test requirements.
  
• Possibility to use all grades of steel, even the most highly sophisticated.
  
• Regular wall thickness and concentricity.
  
• Suitable structures for creep resistance etc. With the right choice of alloy, the operating temperature is up to 1200 ℃。
